lia sophia has been owned and operated by the Kiam family since 1986. The company continually strives to embody the dreams of its former leader and lifelong entrepreneur, Victor Kiam.

With the importance of family still a central theme, the company is led today by Victor's son, Tory. As President, Tory's goal is to connect each and every lia sophia Advisor, as well as Hostess and Customer, to her personal dream. Tory and his management team are committed to providing all the support necessary for each lia sophia Advisor to not only meet her expectations, but to exceed them.

The two high-end lines of lia sophia jewelry are supervised by family members. Victor's wife, Ellen, oversees the Kiam Family Collection. This line features one-of-a-kind pieces personally selected by family members - daughters, Lisa and Robin, daughter-in-law, Elena, and grandchildren. Additionally, Elena oversees the lia sophia Red Carpet Collections, which are being worn by leading celebrities and tastemakers around the world. She also directs the successful relationship with our company's non-profit partner, Dress For Success.
