* Returns & Exchange Processing Clerks (# 70203)

    We currently have an opportunity for a Second Shift Returns & Exchange Clerks in our Bensenville warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is able to meet daily requirements of processing all incoming returns and exchanges in a timely and efficient manner.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Open, prepare and enter all exchanges.
    * Research and assist in problem solving situations.
    * Computer research and data entry.
    * Various clerical duties including filing and copying paperwork.

    Required Skills & Education:

    * Detail oriented
    * Ability to multi task and problem solve
    * Good communication skills
    * Basic computer knowledge required
    * Data entry, customer service and collections experience preferred.

    We currently have two opportunities for a Product Coordinators/Designers at our home office. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years Jewelry Design experience and support lia sophia with up to date trends in the Jewelry Industry.

    * Shop the market and advice of hot trends and unique styles.

* Customer Service Representative (# 70243)

    We currently have opportunities for full-time day and evening Customer Service Representatives at our Wood Dale office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Advisors and customers, via phone and written correspondence.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Respond to calls, emails, and mail correspondence from Advisors and customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    * Track delayed, lost, and damaged shipments and initiate paperwork, replace orders and process claims with shipper.
    * Online support for Advisors, field questions and trouble-shoot challenges with online services including entering and viewing orders and personal websites.
    * Handle consumer complaints.

    We currently have opportunities for Returns & Exchange Specialists in our Bensenville warehouse. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who will be primarily responsible for being the first point of contact for the Returns & Exchange Clerks with training questions or escalated calls. Answer incoming calls from clerks, effectively solving the problem with side by side coaching or detailed instructions via the phone; ensuring a clear understanding to avoid future calls and achieve One Call Resolution.

    Candidate will also acts as a liaison between Returns & Exchange Clerks and management team; passing on only the most difficult situations to Leads, Supervisors or Managers.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Research daily returns/exchanges identified with a discrepancy.
    * Follow department procedures to resolve discrepancy in a timely and amicable manner. Process return/exchange.
    * Respond to calls, emails, and correspondence from Advisors and customers in a timely and efficient manner.

* First Shift PC/LAN Technician (#70274)

    We currently have an opportunity for a First Shift PC/LAN Technician for our Wood Dale location. This position is primarily responsible for providing a single point of contact for end-users to receive support and maintenance within the organization's desktop computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all PC hardware and equipment to ensure optimal workstation performance.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex desktop problems for end-users, and recommend and implement corrective solutions, including off-site repair for remote users as needed.
    * Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
    * Assess the need for and implement performance upgrades to PC boxes, including the installation of CPUs, I/O and NIC cards, hard disks, ribbon cables, hard drives, RAM, memory chips, CD-ROMs, and so on.
    * Collaborate with LAN technicians/network administrators to ensure efficient operation of the company's desktop computing environment.
    * Where required, administer and resolve issues with associated end-user workstation networking software products.

* Mailroom Clerk/Courier (#70273)

    We currently have an opportunity for a Mailroom Clerk/Courier for our Bensenville location. This position is primarily responsible for receiving, sorting, processing and delivery of company mail.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Perform daily mailroom function including receiving and counting of exchange mail.
    * Sort and stuff form, such as checks, invoices, certificates into envelopes.
    * Operate electronic mailing equipment to include postage and forms separator machines.
    * Daily shipping of packages using UPS Worldship P/C based shipping system.
    * Deliver and pick-up interoffice and outgoing mail/deliveries between building locations using company vehicle.
    * Restock all mailing supplies as needed from storage area.
    * Perform routine cleaning of mailing equipment.
    * Daily clean-up of mailroom area to include sweeping and emptying trash.

* Distribution Generalist/CDL Driver-CLass A (backup) (#70260)

    We currently an opportunity for a 1st Shift Distribution Generalist/CDL Driver-Class A (Backup) at our Roselle facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product and supply receiving, backorder fulfillment, picking line replenishment, carton staging and taping, quality control, inventory control, material handling and loading. Candidate will assist with driving responsibilities on an as needed basis.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Perform work under the direction of warehouse lead, supervisor or manager.
    * Drive among three locations on an as needed basis
    * Perform system and/or manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations.
    * Identify and resolve issues in various functional areas including breakdown, put away, replenishment, QC, staging, loading and shipping.
    * Separate and label products received, stock product into identified locations verifying SKU and quantity accuracy.

* Returns & Exchanges Administrative Assistant (#70278)

    We currently have an opportunity for a 1st Shift Returns & Exchange Administrative Assistant at our Bensenville facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for the Returns & Exchange Specialists with date entry requests, written correspondence, mail requests, filing and pulling paperwork per customer requests. This individual will act as an Administrative Assistant to the team, allowing Specialists to stay on the phone.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Distribute faxes, paperwork and inter-office envelopes.
    * Sort, track and distribute department mail.
    * Assist with department filing and faxing.
    * Document (enter notes) and delegate daily problems exchanges to Specialist Team.
    * Assist with mail merging exchange letters.
    * Receive and maintain current log of all returned items without corresponding paperwork.
    * Package, label and return shipments to customers.
    * Data entry of exchanges as requested from Supervisor.

Brand Coordinator (#70284)

    We currently have an opportunity for a first shift Brand Coordinator for our Wood Dale location. This position will work with field and lia sophia management to ensure that brand integrity is maintained and field public relations opportunities are maximized. Extensive phone, email and writing is required.

     Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Work with localized PR company to execute localized PR marketing plan and determine how to maximize additional opportunities with them.
    * Ongoing review of eBay to minimize lia sophia illegal offerings. This includes copyright and selling violations. Work with third party to research offenders and make termination recommendations.
    * Ongoing review of search engines to find illegal website and sponsored link violations. Track offenders and turn over to appropriate department for written contact and file notes.
    * Respond to phone and e-mail questions from field regarding proper logo use. Ensure that responses are consistent and within brand standard.
    * Ongoing research of industry approach to brand standardization.
    * Assistance in development of training materials on brand standards for both internal and field use.
    * Copywriting overflow as needed on communications team. Excellent writing and interview skills.

     Required Skills and Education:

    * Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing or related field.
    * Minimum of three years of brand experience in a corporate environment.
    * Strong Internet and PC skills.
    * Excellent communication/people skills, both in writing and over the phone.

Junior Designer (#70286)

    We currently have an opportunity for a Junior Designer for our Wood Dale location. This position is primarily responsible for creating and designing a variety of marketing materials for Advisors, Managers and Home Office coworkers.

     Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    * Timely creation of design layout for print pieces, including newsletters, flyers, brochures, sales promotion pieces, manuals and training materials.
    * Source and negotiate with printers.
    * Occasionally create and design html e-mails and Web pages for corporate Web site and company Intranet.
    * Coordinate projects, including securing layout approvals.
    * Create PowerPoint presentations for local and national meetings.
    * Ensure that all deadlines are met and that materials created are to brand standard.
